Privacy policy

This site is run by Martinez Landscaping and Tree Services LLC, a landscaping company based in Manassas Park, Virginia. This page explains what happens to information you send us through it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, city, the service you are interested in and a message. Your name and phone number are required because we cannot give you a price without being able to reach you. Everything else is optional.

The form also records which page you submitted it from, and the country your request came from. That tells us which pages are useful and helps us filter out automated spam. We do not store your full IP address.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to your enquiry and to carry out any work you ask us to do. That is all. We do not send marketing emails, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell, rent or pass your details to anybody else.

Your submission is emailed to Fernando Martinez and stored in our own database so that an enquiry is not lost if an email fails to arrive. We keep it for as long as we may reasonably need it for the job and our records, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Services we rely on

• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the anti-spam check on the form. Cloudflare processes requests to the site on our behalf.
• Resend delivers the notification email containing your enquiry to us.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us anonymous visitor counts. It sets no cookies and does not track you between websites, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The anti-spam widget on the quote form may set a short-lived token to confirm the form was filled in by a person.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (571) 325-6192 or email info@martinezlandscapingnova.com and we will deal with it.

Photographs

The photographs on this site are of work we have completed. Location data is removed from every image before it is published, and we do not identify customers or their addresses. If you are a customer and would prefer a photo of your property was not shown, tell us and we will take it down.
