Spring & Fall service

Seasonal Clean-ups and Leaf Removal

  • Spring and Fall Clean-ups
  • Leaf Clean-ups
  • Lot Cleaning
  • Debris Hauling

Two weekends a year decide how a property looks for the other fifty. A spring clean-up clears out what winter left behind and gets beds ready to plant; a fall clean-up takes the leaves off the lawn before they mat down and kill the grass underneath.

We also take on the jobs other companies drive past — lots that have not been touched in years, rental properties between tenants, and yards that have got away from their owner. There is nothing here that is too overgrown. It is one of our favourite kinds of work, because the difference at the end of the day is the kind you can see from the street.

  • Overgrown and neglected properties welcome
  • Everything hauled away — no piles left behind
  • Beds, lawn, driveway and walkways all cleared
  • One-time jobs, no contract needed

What's included

Everything under seasonal clean-ups

Spring and Fall Clean-ups
Removing leaves, branches, dead plants and other debris to get the yard clean and ready for the change of season. Beds cut back and edged, lawn cleared, everything hauled away.
Leaf Clean-ups
Collecting and removing leaves from lawns, beds, driveways, walkways and other outdoor areas. Left in place over winter, wet leaves smother the grass and leave bare patches in spring.
Lot Cleaning
Clearing lots overtaken by weeds, brush, branches, unwanted growth and accumulated debris. Common before a property goes on the market, changes tenants, or gets built on.
Debris Hauling
Collecting and hauling away branches, leaves, yard waste and other material generated by outdoor work. You do not need to arrange a dumpster or a trip to the dump.

Seasonal Clean-ups: common questions

My yard has not been touched in years. Is that a problem?

No. That is a normal job for us and it is often the most satisfying one. We will come and look, tell you how long it will take, and give you a flat price before we start.

When should the fall clean-up happen?

Once most of the leaves are down — usually mid-November into December in Northern Virginia. Doing it too early means doing it twice. Some customers book two visits: one mid-fall and one final pass.

Do you handle rental properties and turnovers?

Yes. We work with homeowners, landlords and property managers, and we can coordinate straight with a tenant or an agent if that is easier.
